Schools are increasingly finding that mindfulness activities have the capacity to decrease stress, anxiety and depression while helping to improve memory and regulate emotions. Lesmurdie PS is taking our first steps along a path to being a more mindful school. The attached letter introduces Mindful Meditation Australia, a not-for-profit organisation supporting us on this journey.
