After a memorable tour to Sydney and Canberra, it has been wonderful to learn that our Year 6 students have been recognised for their exemplary behaviour and conduct during their visit to the Australian War Memorial. Well done Year 6! You have made our school community very proud.

Year 6 Tour

After a relaxing drive to Canberra and a good sleep, our tour party were up early and keen to go exploring. Questacon was amazing, the Australian Institute of Sport was inspiring and the National Museum was full of fascinating displays.  Tonight the group visit the Dinosaur Museum to round off a very busy day.

The group were up early for a Ferry Tour of Sydney Harbour before a visit to the iconic Bondi Beach. It was very windy but so exciting to walk along the sand. The group boarded their coach and headed south west to Canberra.

Monday evening the group went exploring the Rocks and Circular Quay area, noting how the onset of darkness changed the pace of activity and sights.

The tour group were up early on Monday and walked around Circular Quay, getting up close to some iconic Australian structures.

Our children have arrived in Sydney, tired but very keen to go out exploring. A walk over Sydney Harbour Bridge was an amazing highlight.
